INTRACLEAN is a combination of Neomycin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Lidocaine is a combination of four medicines. Neomycin is an antibiotic. Beclometasone is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane. This treats your infection. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic.
