COOLFINE-MD is used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may occur after treatment with cancer medicines (chemotherapy or radiation), including high-dose cisplatin. This medicine is also used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting that may happen after surgery. It is used to help growth and good health. Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach. Upset stomach or throwing up. Many small meals, good mouth care, sucking hard, sugar-free candy, or chewing sugar-free gum may help. Loose stools (diarrhea).
